Ludacris - Rest Of My Life ft. Usher, David Guetta

I had to post this video because I’m thrilled that Ludacris is coming out with new material, which from I hear so far is great. The single also features Usher, whom I am a fan of (despite the scathing events that have transpired between him and Tameka Foster). Besides that they are both representing the A-TOWN!! And let’s not forget David Guetta as I am a fan of him as well. Shout out to him as he is making major moves with major artists to still make you bop your head to his techo styles beats in the club. GONE GIRL! Keri Hilson Signs with Wilhelmina Models

Looks like Ms. Keri Baby has another accomplishment to add to her belt, just in case this music thing goes cold. (Because it has been lukewarm at best). Although I am a fan of her voice, she now is entering the realm of modeling to show off her beautiful 5’9 frame. I see you boo.

Not Again: Bus Driver Catches Fade with Female Passenger for Being Disrespectful by Playing Music too Loud

Girl. Come get your auntie. Ever since that video of the bus driver uppercutting or shall we say, “finishing her” an unruly passenger last month, it seems like fed up bus drivers all over are sending a message that they are fed up. Beyond fed up it seems. Here comes yet another video of a female bus driver putting her hands where ol' girl's eyes could see. *sighs* It’s sad that it’s coming to this because this is somebody’s mother, sister auntie, friend, whatever that is probably on the verge (if not already) of losing her decent paying government job to lay her hands on somebody’s else’s child, for being disrespectful.

Well, as a gal who has been a passenger on public transit before (worked and went to college in downtown Atlanta), people come in all shapes and forms, all kinds of stank, all kinds of ratchet and yes lord, all types of crazy. Being it’s 2012, the type of stuff these drivers see and deal with on a daily, it makes me wonder if they need to evaluated mentally on a regular to do this type of job because sometimes people can make you get out of character. Whew Jesus. Not saying that it is right to put your hands on others, but goodness, these bus drivers are NOT having it.

Oops! Young Man Who Accused Kevin Clash of Underage Sex Recants Statement

 

 

Well, it looks as though someone had a change of heart or a change in their financial future? According to several sources around the web, Clash admits that the relationship was consensual. But I am left wondering: was the accuser paid off? Spontaneous actions of a jilted lover? Clash admitted that the two had a previous relationship, when the accuser was of legal age. Sounds like a case of sour apples, all to the tune of six figures, as reported by tmz.com

"It’s unclear why the accuser suddenly changed his story … but sources close to the situation tell TMZ … the accuser’s attorney had been meeting with Clash’s attorney as recent as an hour ago, discussing a financial settlement and 6-figures were on the table."
 

 
So there you have it. Maybe this is a small bump in the road or shall we stay tuned for any further juicy developments? Interviews, tell-all? Who knows?

What we do know is that as soon as this story broke loose it was pulled back into the reigns and handled accordingly. And that he had admitted to being a gay man, which I’m not sure many were aware of? It seems as though he was previously married,  but he managed to keep his lifestyle under the radar until now.

Popular Fox 5 Anchor Arrested on DUI charges

 

 

 

I grew up in Georgia, and my grandmother was avid watcher of Fox 5 news, so I would say I grew up watching Amanda Davis each and every evening. So imagine my surprise when I read that she was arrested. On DUI charges. Oh no sweet Jesus. It kinda feels like your favorite auntie that everyone admired and looked up to, ran up on some trouble.

Davis was arrested early Sunday morning near Piedmont Park, which is midtown Atlanta. According to Atlanta Police Sgt. Gregory Lyon, upon arriving on the scene it seemed that Davis’s greet Fiat had collided with a black Toyota. It appeared that Davis had been driving the wrong way, according to 11alive.com

Davis did admit that she had indeed been drinking but refused a field sobriety test. The DUI officer deemed that she was impaired for driving, confiscated her license and  was taken to jail.

She was also charged with reckless driving and failure to maintain lane.

Here’s something I didn’t know: Davis had been arrested for similar charges back in 1991. Oh.

This is sad to hear and I really hope things work out for her. Stay tuned for further developments

 

Say It Ain't So! Kevin Clash, Voice of Sesame Street Elmo Muppet, Accused of Sex with Underage Teen

Just when we thought Sesame Street had been saved, they are coming for your boy Elmo. Kevin Clash, 52, who has been the voice of Elmo for the last 2 decades is taking a leave of absence following accusations of sexual relations with a 16-year -old teenage boy.

According to tmz.com

Sesame Workshop honchos tell TMZ ... "In June of this year, Sesame Workshop received a communication from a young man who alleged that he had a relationship with Kevin Clash beginning when he was 16-years-old. This was a personal relationship, unrelated to the workplace. We took the allegation very seriously and took immediate action."

Sesame Workshop officials acknowledge to TMZ they met with the accuser twice and had a number of other communications with him.

Sources with direct knowledge of the situation tell TMZ ... after the accuser's initial meeting with Sesame Street, the accuser felt Sesame Workshop's lawyers were trying to muzzle him ... so he lawyered up with Andreozzi and Associates -- the firm that represented one of the victims in the Jerry Sandusky child rape case.

On August 15, 2012 ... Andreozzi fired off a letter to Sesame, accusing the company of trying to "discredit the victim in order to protect its employee and the image of one of its most valuable characters," adding, "This approach places a greater value on a puppet than the well being of a young man."
