Tamkea Raymond Owes $200,000 to Former Landlord; Kenya Moore Gets Eviction Overturned

Looks like the former wife of Usher Raymond, has hit a bump in the road again. She recently lost the battle with her former landlord over past due rent, which is now totaling the whooping amount of $200,000. Initially, she only owed $50,000 in back rent for three retail spaces in  Georgia complex, which housed her business. The landlord sued last year, but since she still didn't pay, chile all those fees add up.

"Tameka was battling her former landlord, who claimed she owed nearly $50,000 in back rent for three retail spaces in a Georgia complex where she ran her business. Tameka argued it was her landlord who broke the lease and the case should be tossed, but a judge did not see it that way AT ALL … and ordered Tameka pay up $186,036.50 in principal and $18,628.65 in attorney fees ….. for a grand total of $204,665.15."
Tameka, I hope you get those funds together girl.

On a more brighter note, looks like "Miss Gone with the Wind Fabulous" got her eviction overturned.
The "Real Housewives of Atlanta" starlet was granted good news when an Atlanta Magistrate Court Judge vacated the judgement that formerly evicted Moore by former landlord Conya Weems. Moore proved that she was not late on her rent and goes back to court on July 18 for her counter claim for illegal eviction, slander and defamation of character, according to her publicist Courney Barnes.

Looks like Miss Kenya made sure she would have her day in court, which is what hurt her case before when the eviction was granted. Miss Moore did not show up to court, but the lawfirm representing her claimed they never received a notice about the hearing in the first place.

We'll see how this story develops......
